Pine Pharmacy

Pine provided nothing short of an unprofessional experience. I was expecting a to have a medication rushed while my kitten was in critical care. Pine required payment before processing the compound, which they charged me $70. I went there to check if the script was ready 3 hours after it was called in where they said it hadn’t been started yet, and they should have it done by the next morning. It still wasn’t ready by 2 PM the next day, which was 23 hours after the script was called in. I asked the lady on the phone if it would be done before the end of the day. She responded, “yeah, hopefully”. I asked if it wasn’t, can I get a refund and she gave me a snarky, “sure!” I found another pharmacy to compound the same script within a couple of hours for only $17!!! Pine refused to give me my

This is where I get my dog’s medicine compounded. Aside from being a lovely pharmacy, they sell other amazing and unique products. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is always ample parking!

I like the pharmacy and I'm appreciative that they have the eye drops my dog needs. But somebody is not whipping up a batch of the eye drops ahead of time knowing that folks calling prescription refills. Instead they have all these people calling them the refills and then they send the batch out to be tested when it has a 2-month expiration. I ordered eye drops over a week ago for my dog and they're still not tested. This is really rough because she needs this medication so she doesn't go blind. Someone needs to do better at creating a batch of the eye drops a ahead of time and sent out for testing. Knowing that folks are refilling this prescription frequently. I have never heard the word compounding in a medical sense. But Pine Pharmacy is well known for this certain technique. I find this practice to be a great idea. Finally, you can get prescriptions that are catered exactly to your needs. PP also has plenty of vitamins, supplements, and even CBD items as well. There’s even a little area for skin care products.
