I’ll be honest I hate going to the dentist and I’m a total baby about it. 😂 That said, Dr. Arjay has always made me feel incredibly comfortable and calm, which truly makes the experience so much less scary. Liz at the front desk is always welcoming and friendly, and the entire staff is just amazing. From start to finish, they make you feel at ease and genuinely cared for. I would absolutely recommend this dental office to anyone, especially if you’re nervous about going to the dentist!

I love this office. The staff has always been so kind to me and very communicative. They are very helpful when I run into any questions. Arjay and Lizz are a great team and I will always recommend this office to anyone who asks!

I got crowns a while back that were completely the wrong color and I expressed my dissatisfaction and they did offer to replace them. But why would I undergo an additional dental procedure I paid full price for two crowns that were completely mismatched to my teeth and I'm extremely unsatisfied. I have been going here for years. there is also stalking accusations against one of the workers as they were taking people's information out of their chart and showing up to their job and calling them on their personal number (this happened to my friend that was going there not me). Then yesterday for the first time Lizz at the front desk had extreme attitude and was shaking with rage because I was 10 minutes late to an appointment and she announced that I was disrespectful to everyone's time over

Have gone to PLD for years now and have always had such a positive experience. Arjay and Liz make the best team. You’ll feel at ease and taken care of at any appt. What more could you want!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Arjay Etzelmiller and his team for over 20 years, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’ve consistently provided excellent care—professional, thorough, and kind every single visit. The staff is friendly and efficient, and they’ve always made me feel comfortable and well cared for.
