The dental hygienist was the absolute best ever—truly amazing! She was gentle, kind, and made me feel so comfortable the entire time. I’ve never had such a positive experience at a dental visit. The whole office was welcoming, but she really stood out. Highly recommend Pine Lake Dental!

I had a great experience at pine dental. We took my mom for new dentures who suffers from Alzheimer’s.The staff were friendly, professional, and made her feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions, which really put me and my mom at ease. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and appointments ran on time. I’m very happy with the care she received and would definitely recommend pine dental to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality dental care. They go way and above what is needed! Thank you!

Everyone I know including my family has regretted this place. Even a simple Invisalign treatment has been literally impossible to get serviced. The office is clearly dealing with dentist issues and transitions with personnel, but they leave it to the poor office manager to deal with these issues (thank you btw) that have lingered on for months. This would be understandable but the lies given to us, which then they admitted to it, is absolutely mind blowing. They told us they'd order new trays since Novemer--its now January and they told us the best route is to go to a dentist that can do Invisalign. 🤯 The office manager is great. But extremely poor customer service. We've at least not had billing issues (we will find out shortly if they don't refund us as just promised) as others have r

I had my first appointment today with Dr. Masood and she was absolutely lovely. Very friendly, knowledgeable and thoroughly efficient with her dental work. The staff was incredibly accommodating and kind as well. They have a variety of practical options for anyone seeking quality dental care, and make sure that they suit your needs. I look forward to continuing my care here and would recommend this office to anyone who wants a very positive, all-around experience.

I had my first dentist appt today with Dr Masood and it was absolutely the best ever. She is precise, careful, caring and very helpful. She went beyond the normal care given to a patient and I look forward to staying with this practice. Nan also went beyond helping with my insurance and she was beneficial in loving this practice. Brook and Lisbel the techs were extremely caring on checking how I was doing on this visit and were experts in taking X-rays. I was even given a blanket to be comfortable. Dan checked me out and made sure I had all my receipts and info. I highly recommend this office and staff for all your dental needs this was a great experience. Everyone is very nice.
