Pine Haven Home

My girlfriend Dawn and I volunteered on thanksgiving to perform music for the residents . They were very happy to have us. This is my 3rd time here and the staff are all very nice and polite. I’m grateful to have performed here twice so far alongside Dawn.

This facility has gone through a huge improvement. Feels so much better here, overall cleaner, better maintenance and the staff was nice too - calling by name our dear friend who we were visiting. That’s so important that the people who live here feel loved.

Both my mom, my dad and my mom’s husband are staying at Pine Have Home. The staff at Pine Haven are terrific and have helped my three parents transition their new life here. The staff are professional with warm and tender hearts. My mother loves the staff, she feels as if they are family. The beautiful stories I hear about the staff from my parents makes me feel good that Pine Haven is the excellent choice for them. My mom recently lost her first husband who is my dad and then about two weeks later her son. The staff kept close tabs on my mother and tended to her needs. I can’t the staff enough for their friendship, love and care to my parents in their time of need. Thank you Pine Haven Hime.👍😇😘

My sister is in good hands. The facility is tasteful, Catskill brick and pine for the exterior with big wide hallways, serenely, warmly lit, much like a boutique hotel on the inside. The atmosphere is odorless and the energy positive. Residents are milling about or stretched out in nicely appointed rooms. Nursing staff well educated, kind, and authentic. When questions are asked each answered in a respectful and thoughtful manner. Staff are emotionally mature and poised. My sister is relieved there exists a collaborative process in so far as staff, and the residents are free to bond but nothing is compulsory. If I needed a nursing home I'd opt for this one compared to the others I've seen. Very happy and relieved..

Pine Haven nursing center goes above and beyond to make a very pleasant atmosphere for both residents and visitors. There are very few nursing centers that I have been to that upholds such high standards for resident care.
