After recently searching for Pine Creek Rehab and Nursing on Google, I was genuinely taken aback by some of the negative reviews. My own experience has been so profoundly different that I felt compelled to share my story. I have been a resident at Pine Creek since June 2023, having transferred from another facility due to frequent falls and the need for 24-hour nursing care. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and kindness. At the time I was extremely ill- on hospice care, wearing diapers, and dependent on a walker. The nurses and CNA's consistently treated me with exceptional compassion, professionalism, and dignity. Their dedication created not just a safe environment, but a true sense of belonging. Pine Creek fosters a genuine family atmosphere, one built by its residen

Please do not put your loved ones in this facility. My grandma was placed in this..hell hole for about 18 months. On mother's day, I decided to come with my mother and my auntie to visit my grandma. Only to find out that she was internally bleeding, pale as could be and unresponsive. Turns out, my grandmother did try to let staff know that she needed to go to the hospital. NO! They made her wait. And the longer she waited, the worse she got. We had to force the nurses there to call an ambulance, they finally came after about 20 minutes and rushed her to the ER. Doctors there said that if she was made to wait any longer than she did, we could have lost her. These people at Pine creek are uncaring, dismissive and selfish. DO NOT..AND I REPEAT, DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES IN THIS FACILITY.

If I could I would do 0 stars, this place almost killed my mother, within about 18 months she dramatically went down hill, from walking around and able to talk and communicate well, using the bathroom on her own and feeding herself, to not being able to do any of this, and being told they want to schedule her appointments with her doctors so they could take her to them, well she didn't make it to any scheduled appointments, the only doctor she saw was the doctor they have at facility, whom don't even go in to see the patients just heard from aids over the phone, and then the last day my mother was there was on mothers day and we walked in and she was so close to death, bleeding internally and they all knew she was bleeding internally. When my sister arrived all the aids and nurse was stan

They are so good to the residents. Small home like place that I love.

I strongly advise against placing your loved one in this facility. My family member resided here for a month and experienced a significant decline in health. He transitioned from being ambulatory and communicative to requiring a wheelchair and assistance to stand, with diminished ability to communicate or speak. The administration of multiple medications resulted in hallucinations and sedation. Despite my requests to discontinue these medications, my loved one was hospitalized due to over-sedation. Following his removal from the facility and consultation with our primary care physician, he demonstrated marked improvement, regaining his ability to walk and communicate effectively. However, he subsequently required emergency care for a bowel blockage and severe hemorrhoids, which may have be
