Have u ever had a vet follow up via phone at 9pm with an answer to a question/concern and be patient and explain in common terms? This vet does! What else is special about this office is when the Dr is with you and your pet he takes time and is present in that moment and you know that he with you in the appointment and.not rushing you out the door. It took a lot of mediocre vets to finally find one I felt comfortable with. I’ve been going with my two fur babies for about 5 years. The office has gotten substantially busier than it was when I first started going but that’s because the secrets out! Carla C

Dr. Syed is a kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable veterinarian. He was very careful with examination and explanation for my dog’s symptoms and subsequent management. He was cautious not to over-investigate, which I very much appreciated, and was level-headed about decisions. He asked a clear and definitive history and was patient with hearing all of our concerns. I would highly recommend him and this practice to all pet owners.

Me and my Snowflake have a appointment tomorrow, little does she know. I told her. 😊 The first impression of Pine Banks, Serena was awesome! She was thorough and very patient with me speaking about Snowflake's care tomorrow. If this is any indication of the hospital, we can't wait to meet the team! Seeking another veterinarian because of a bad experience at last Vet. The Dr. didn't even say hi to her and went to grab her up! Well darn! I would have hissed too! We was there for her annual and nail trim. It was down hill after that. And then he labeled Snowflake rambunctious. 🤔🙃🙁 I'll be back with update on our visit. 🙏🏽

Everyone here is so genuinely kind. I adopted an adult dog from the shelter a few months ago and have run into emergency situations with him a few times already and they were so helpful, supportive and accommodating each time. Even once when they couldn’t fit us in they called and followed up. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

We have been bringing our pup here since we got her three years ago. Dr. Syed has been so understanding and takes the time to talk to us and work with us around our pups severe separation anxiety. Our pup also has a lot of allergies and does what he can to help eat her allergies. He is very easy to work with and is great with our girl.
