Doctor last minute canceled an appointment that I took off for while I was already on my way to the office. She did not get to know my child at all. I waited 9 long months for this appointment and she was unaware of just how difficult it is to get an appointment at this office. Day prior to Christmas for my childs follow up I asked if they had received my forms that my childs teachers filled out and they did not even though I had the proof of them being sent over. I hand the originals to the nurse in my room who then walks out. Not even 2 minutes later doctor comes in to tell me my son does not have focus issues. Did she even read what the teachers had to say....so basically my child was called lazy and that I should go to a psychologist. Mind you my son sat in a room with her multi

Incredible doctor, listened to all my concerns and helped every way she could. Don't know why there are negative reviews on the wait time, which is the case everywhere

We love Dr. Patel Pulipati! She always takes time to speak with my child (the patient) about his concerns or questions. She is kind and very thorough in her evaluations and I am confident that my concerns will be addressed and not blown off.

Dr Patel-Pulipati has always taken the time to address all my concerns and make changes as needed. She spends a lot of time with her patients and makes them feel as if they are a family member.

While the doctor is great, the place is horribly run. So disorganized, they are only in the office Tuesdays and Fridays and I can never get a hold of them - they never return my calls and when I do get through on the phone I wait on hold for 10+ minutes. It literally takes weeks to process my prescription refills because it is so hard to get in contact with them. I am switching to a new neurologist.
