I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Rafailov and his team. I was plaesantly surprised by how quickly I was able to get an appointment to address an issue I had been having for years. Right from my arrival, I was put at ease by the front desk women's friendly demeanor, and was very happy with how thorough Dr. Rafailov was at explaining more about the sebaceous cyst I had and the procedure for its removal. His humor was also highly appreciated. During the procedure, Dr. Rafailov was great about checking to make sure I was comfortable. I was also very happy with the follow up appointment, which was prompt and easily scheduled. I would highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Rafailov treated me for an emergency gallbladder surgery and he was fantastic. As someone who has a family member in healthcare, Dr. Rafailov has amazing bedside manner and drew a picture on what was happening to my body and how the surgery would go. He was very friendly and did an amazing job with the surgery. I highly recommend seeing him, especially if you utilize the Atlantic Health system. His staff is also very kind and friendly.

Dr. Rafailov and his team are extremely caring and responsive. They have made this progress very easy and smooth.
