Pill Box Pharmacy

They have been a pleasure to work with. They have good customer service and the pharmacist always responds professionally and takes time to explain any questions I may have, I dont feel rushed which shows they care about any concerns I may have. I've gone through Drive through once and service was quick and accurate . Thank you pill box for always doing your best to get my medication when I need it. I really do appreciate all you guys do.

The WORST EVER!! If I could give it no stars I would! I thought that I could try a new pharmacy that is conveniently located near me. First time trying to use them, I immediately was put on hold when I called and I had to hang up and call back again. Went through the drive-through and waited for a while, and she finally came to the window and told me to give her a few more minutes. I waited longer and then I finally just drove off, parked and went inside so that I could get my prescription. Very unprofessional and rude. They do not take any type of discounts, even including GoodRx, which is widely accepted, and they did not even offer discounts themselves. They suck and I will never use them again. I don’t know how they are still in business!

I had a great experience yesterday. Thank you for filling my son's prescription so quickly even though you were closing soon. He was very sick and waiting overnight to start the med was not an option for us.

I am completely disappointed with the new system of doing business with the Pill Box Pharmacy in China Spring. They have resorted to telling falsehoods about my daughter's doctor. They said that the doctor either wouldn't fill her medications or that she actually refused. It turns out they didn't call the doctor for refills. After repeated visits, they told me to take care of it. I am gradually changing all of her prescriptions to another pharmacy, even though I prefer using a pharmacy closer to my home.

When this pharmacy was Pharmacy Plus I always had issues with them keeping my son's medication on hand, communicating issues with the doctors, insurance, and me. I had hoped for better results when it changed hands and became Pill Box Pharmacy, but NO. I called ahead to see if my son's Rx was ready and was told that it was. When I arrived they said that they forgot to tell me on the phone when I called that they were "in negotiations" with my son's insurance and currently not accepting it. Along with "forgetting" to tell me that there was an issue when I called, they can FORGET any future business from me. Same song, second verse. It's still Pharmacy Plus screwing clients over and not taking care of business.
