I stopped by on the way home from the hospital to purchase a shower chair for my mother. Alex was very knowledgeable and assembled one so we could make sure it was the correct one for her. Gave us all the needed time and answered all of our questions. I have been back a couple of times since then for some additional items and everyone is very helpful.

Greeted with a smile as soon as you walk in. I was referred here by my sons orthopedic surgeon and this Pill Box location did not disappoint! The gentleman working were very helpful and knowledgeable about knee braces.

Such a pleasant surprise to have a company respond quickly and efficiently during a difficult time. I was looking for a lift chair for my husband following hip replacement and The Pill Box was there seamlessly and efficiently. I was able to rent the chair electronically and it was delivered the next day. When we were finished I called and it was picked up within the hour. Also, the chair that was delivered was immaculate! Thank you to all for a wonderful experience!! Rare find!!

Bismarck was incredible helping us with compression socks and walkers. He even adjusted our current rollator where the height was never properly fitted for 4 years.

Zero stars!!! Extremely disappointed. We had a valid prescription and were told they had the medication in stock, yet they refused to fill it simply because we don’t live in the area. No effort to verify the prescription, contact the doctor, or offer alternatives — just an immediate no. In the middle of a national shortage, this kind of refusal feels dismissive and uncaring. If you’re not a local, don’t expect help here. Very poor customer service and no compassion.
