The building is stunning…it has completely renovated. It’s light, bright and open. The building smells nice and remains tidy. The therapy team is the strongest in Shreveport Bossier. The business office staff is warm, welcoming and communicative. The clinical team provides high level care with great bedside manner. The location gives you access to all of the amenities that Airline Dr. offers.

This is the cleanest & best Nursing facility I have ever seen. The people here truly care. The Administrator & Nursing staff are the very best. Also, the Chef prepares great meals. Thanks to all. The CNAs are great too. Outstanding team.

PHYSICAL THERAPY STAFF WAS FANTASTIC. Overall my stay of 11 days was very pleasant and productive. Should I have the need of rehab again, I would definitely make this my choice of where to go.

Honestly I'm shocked by these negative Google reviews that I'm reading. They have to be for a facility other than Pilgrim Manor on Doctors Drive in Bossier City. Mother in law had a nasty fall in April of 2025, and broke her sacrum. She has been there for close to 3 months, and my wife and I couldn't be more grateful to God that their facility was able to take her for rehab. The Administration, Nurses, Therapists, Aides, and Housekeeping have been nothing less than just amazing! Everyone is so kind, and compassionate, and caring to mother-in-law, and to us. Mother in law loves the people that care for her. Of course she'd rather be back home, but she is more than content with the care she's receiving. The food is good.
