PIH Health Urgent Care - Downey

My (autistic) son and I went during the evening. Overall, checking in and registration got through very quickly. The intake nurse and Dr were very patient, friendly and accommodating especially with my son. The facility was clean. This was our first time being here. We were in and out within an 1 hour and a half for two visits combined. I'd recommend looking for a local urgent care 👍🏼

This isn't my normal urgent care but they accept my insurance so it's convenient since it's near my home. I've never had a bad experience here with urgent care. Front desk, nurses, and doctors are all professional and listen to all of your questions to properly diagnose your condition.

Have been here 3 times super friendly and professional go in n come out super fast and they seen me and my son at the same time it was the best!!

Worse urgent care. Front staff were incredibly rude to the first patients waiting to be seen and then took it out on me. I went here for a physical for my child and they were condescending and had no manners. If you don’t like helping patients then you shouldn’t be in healthcare. Your ugly attitudes are not needed when patients are already scared and stressed out. Don’t take yourself or loved ones here if you value your time and health. Worse urgent care ever.

3/3/26 update, dr Annie Ramirez very rude, awful visit today. She discriminates disabled people. Do not come here I’ve never had issues before but now will be looking elsewhere. Stay away from this place
