Dr Pierce was amazing. He was understanding of my time and my children’s experience. He didn’t rush us into anything and made us feel comfortable and heard. His front office staff was also wonderful!

I am a 60+ year old physician in private practice here in Mt. Pleasant. I went to Dr. Pierce several years ago but due to some personal issues had to discontinue treatment. He was very understanding and provided a refund that significantly exceeded my expectations. I moved and for convenience subsequently went to a local dentist and received Invisalign. On two occasions during the course of my Invisalign therapy I had concerns that I did not feel were adequately addressed by the dentist. Even though I was no longer under the care of Dr. Pierce I contacted his office. Dr. Pierce called me, he was kind and obviously more knowledgeable than my dentist. He was able to answer my questions and allayed my concerns. I offered to compensate him for his time but he refused. I encourage anyon

Dr. Pierce is the best! He is both highly professional and completely accessible which is a combination I value and think is hard to find. His assessments are clear, he is patient with his explanations and is available and responsive to questions and emergencies. I am relived to have found such a competent practitioner and am confident that we are in good hands with Dr. Pierce.

I’m 26 and had braces before when I was younger, unfortunately had to get them again. Dr Pierce is a genius and has fixed my teeth perfectly. Him and his staff are the real deal.
