Overall great experience! Every team member was incredibly helpful and professional every step of the way. They are familiar with the Eagles insurance plan and made everything incredibly smooth and easy, even provided an envelope to mail the claim forms in. Dr. Piedra takes the time to review your clinical photos and X-rays with you, as well as make a personalized plan if needed. Highly recommend!

Been a patient for several years now. Visits are always prompt, well-paced, painless, personalized, unrushed. No surprises re cost of services. Like that the doc is actively associated with UF dental. If you gotta see a dentist, see Piedra & his staff.

I filled out their online new patient request last week, 2/5/26, to receive what appears to be a ‘generic reply’ that they’re excited to see me and will be in contact soon and it’s been a week already. Thank goodness it’s not an urgent appointment request! I phoned today to inquire, they don’t answer the phone, stating “our staff is busy assisting other customers”!? I don’t know where they’re getting the 4.8 ratings, JS!

Good service. No complaints. the staff is prompt and friendly. Space is clean and comfortable with TVs in the ceiling to watch while having teeth cleaned.
