Piedmont veterinary clinic is the best vet I have ever taken my dogs to. They treat my dogs like they are their babies. They have their own lab, so it doesn't cost as much as vets that don't have a lab. Others have to send the blood samples to an outside lab that charges $400 and then You have to pay the vet to draw the blood. It's easily $500. I only paid $105 at Piedmont vet clinic for the same service. They explained things so that I undrstood how to treat my dog, like my previous vet didn't tell me not to feed my dog for 30 minutes after giving her thyroid meds or if she eats I have to wait 3 hours to give her thyroid meds. I will never take my dogs to any other veterinary clinic. I love this place!!

We started coming to Dr Cole when other vets couldn’t figure out what was wrong with our dog, he looked at him for 45 seconds and had it figured out that he had a thyroid condition and started him on meds and he was back to normal within 3 days. Recently our guy was having some big issues and the female Vet (who’s name skips my brain) was great helping our guy have a little more time and assisting us with end of life decisions and rationale so he wasn’t suffering. I wouldn’t recommend anyone anywhere else for vet services.

The best vets I could have asked for to help my pup with an emergency surgery! They answered my 50 calls with questions through her recovery and i’m so glad to say she’s all better! Nicole, Dr Cole and all the staff were amazing. I would recommend them to any friends and family that need to find a vet for their baby! I know my pup loves them :)

Beyond thankful for Dr. Cole and the whole staff. They are the best of the best! I had an emergency with my dog and took her to Neel’s since it was after hours and had a terrible experience, plus the amount they quoted for surgery was just insane. Piedmont Vet got her in immediately the next morning, the surgery went well and they charged a normal, reasonable price! My sweet girl is doing amazing after surgery and I would recommend them to everyone!
