Piedmont Urgent Care

I went in to the Piedmont Urgent Care off of Eagles Landing Parkway in Stockbridge, GA. The staff from check-in to check-out gave top-tier professional service! The nurse and the nurse practitioner settled my nerves and gave treatment with an amazing quality of genuine care! They deserve more than five stars! Let me add the service was exceptionally fast!! Thank you all so much for your greatness!

Front desk was amazing, your greeted upon entry, walked through the insurance intake process. But the back medical area-No bueno. After meeting with the intake nurse, then the PA. The PA said she was going to figure out a diagnosis or a resolve to my issue. The intake nurse who was very nice by the way and said you’re all ready to go. I said what is my issue? She replied you’ll receive you my chart instructions will be there. I said what about pharmacy she said that will be there too. Never got link, so I stopped by front desk and yes they sent a refresh link. That did not work. By then I left the urgent care, so I had to go back to the urgent care asked for a new link or ask him can you just print it out because the link they sent didn’t work. And what I did receive on paper they could’ve

I visited Piedmont Urgent Care yesterday and was extremely pleased with the care I received. From the intake staff and receptionist to the doctor, Rebels Bryan, everyone was truly on point. The team kept me informed about what they were doing every step of the way, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. This was my first time ever visiting an urgent care, so I wasn’t sure what to expect and felt a little skeptical at first. However, that quickly changed because of how professional, attentive, and kind everyone was. I felt well cared for, and I’m already feeling much better today. While I hope not to need many office visits in the future, if I ever need care outside of my regular doctor, I would absolutely use Piedmont Urgent Care again. I would also gladly recommend them to others.

The people there was very friendly. The nurse that took my blood was very worried cause my veins are so small, and was worried that my veins would blow because of it. But she was able to get the tubes of blood she needed on the first try. Most of the time when someone take my blood it takes them more then one time to get my blood, and she was able to do it in on the first try. They was even able to gave me a phone to a doctor around here that I can call, and make appointment with cause my doctor I was seeing was in Copperhill Tenn. Which was very helpful since I moved back down here. It's very important that I go to a doctor cause I have seizures, and need to make sure I'm able to get my medication each month for it. I have chronic kidney disease, and most medications I can't take cause it

I made an appointment and was seen in a timely manner. All caregivers were knowledgeable and professional, easy to talk to and accommodating to patient requests. Appointment did not take as long as expected. Would recommend Rebeka to anyone.
