Piedmont Urgent Care

I had a great experience visiting the Smyrna location. The front office and medical staff were very friendly. I received great care from the Physician Assistant (PA) on duty. The advice she gave greatly benefitted my health. My sinuses are feeling much better! I'm looking forward to making a full recovery after I finish my meds. :)

When you’re not feeling well, the last thing you want is to wait around all day to see someone. I was quickly checked in and within 10 minutes called to the back. My vitals were taken and I was given my test all within 2 minutes. Clean facility and Awesome Bedside manners as well. Hopefully I don’t get sick again but Ill be right back here if so!

Dr. Patel and Talitha were incredible helping me out with the clogged ear. I felt very informed and well cared for throughout my appointment. Check in process was simple and straightforward, very helpful staff. The clinic is clean and well maintained. Easy parking.

Very very professional nice and courtesy didn’t wait only about 10 mins with 2 other people before me and Takiyah and Kelley or Kelly really greeted me with a smile and was was welcoming we all know how front desk receptions be having attitudes. But they are spot on with customer service

Very friendly, fast service , provider very knowledgeable and visit was very quick and easy. I would refer anyone here for their care . Front desk was very efficient and so was the Medical assistants were phenomenal. The NP was extremely child friendly and very communicative with me .
