Piedmont Urgent Care

I was seen promptly. The staff was great, all very friendly. Both the provider and nurse were kind, attentive and took very good care of me. Everything from cleaning, examining, X-rays, bandages, tetanus shot and Rx… went well. I will go to this Urgent Care again if needed. ☺️👍👏

Front desk staff was courteous, friendly and very helpful. The triage nurse was attentive and patient. The provider listened to my concerns, was very informative. Upon check out the front desk staff was again charming and welcoming, such great personalities and customer service, best front desk crew anywhere.

My two kids, husband and I have all been here at one time or another. My biggest praise is how good they are with kids!! This is the only urgent care where I feel the doctors and nurses truly care about the kids and know how to handle them! Everyone is always so kind and caring from the moment you enter the building! Highly recommend, especially if you have young kids!!

I had an amazing experience at Piedmont Urgent Care today. I went in for a school drug screen and a check-up, and the entire team was incredibly kind and attentive. Amber, Eric Rose, and Sydney Degen were absolutely wonderful! I didn’t get the name of the Front Desk attendant, but she had no issues putting in a complicated visit and was reassuring that it was easy for her to do. They made me feel cared for, supported, and fully seen throughout the whole visit. I even asked for their names because they truly deserve recognition it’s rare to meet nurses and a doctor who show this level of warmth, professionalism, and genuine concern. Thank you all for making a stressful errand feel easy and comfortable. Highly recommend this location!

I have a terrible toothache. The tooth in the back cracked 2 years ago. The fillIng started to shift and as a result, I got a bad infection with the left side severely swollen and hard. I asked for several different antibiotics, but the doctor (D.Singleton) insisted on Keflex. After 5 days, I was still swollen and in pain. My dentist and my family doctor both questioned the Keflex decision. I started another antibiotic today and can already feel the difference. I'm sure that there are good doctors at piedmont. The woman that I had just happened to be on a power trip. I think that since I suggested the other types of antibiotics, she saw that as me challenging her. I was just in a lot of pain and wanted what I've had in the past that worked.
