I had a great experience at the urgent care thanks to Michala. She was kind, patient, and extremely professional from start to finish. You can tell she really cares about her patients. She listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable the whole time. It’s rare to meet someone in healthcare who shows so much compassion and respect. Michala went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate the level of care she provided. If you visit this urgent care, you’ll be in good hands with her. Highly recommended!

I had a good experience and was seen in good timing for a walk-in/having a bad sinus infection. The wait really depends on if something's going around like the flu, but it's never been crazy for me. The doctors are attentive, and I feel like I got good prescriptions to help with my infection. Great if you don't have a regular doctor or need to be seen on short notice.

I had an HS flare up. Dr. Birgit was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and performed my incision and drainage in a manner that made and kept me comfortable as the procedure was performed. Shoutout to my husband for holding my hand and shout out to Dr. B for a job well done.

This was my first time ever going to an Urgent Care and the one I went to was Piedmont Urgent Care and the Dr I saw was Dr Kim Lee and I was very happy with my experience.,, from the moment I walked In the door I felt like I was important… ant Dr Kim made me felt like she had been knowing me over a period of time. And I just love her bedside manners. She’s so compassionate and she cares for her patients. Thank u guys for taking such good care of me…

I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care. The front desk staff and the nurse were absolutely wonderful; kind, friendly, and professional. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the nurse practitioner who saw me. After waiting nearly 50 minutes (which i could not understand giving the waiting room was empty the entire time i was there), I was finally seen by Tiffany Lee, NP. She told me I “just had a virus” and then immediately wrote a prescription for an antibiotic, without addressing my actual concerns of a persistent cough and sore throat. She didn’t look in my mouth, perform a focused assessment, or ask further questions. She simply told me to continue what I was already doing at home and that I would improve soon.
