The staff was very attentive and genuine and very mindful of wait time. We reserved same day appt time and registered online We arrived apprehensive and were able to leave with peace of mind and a plan to keep my mom active and moving with the speed of her life! Special shout out to Elishá!! Thanks doll! You made a process progrress positive and a plan for plan for pleasing their lifestyle!

Haven’t been feeling well and went to Urgent Care, I chose the most professional, productive and caring place today!! The whole staff was so considerate, kind and personable. The NP was compassionate and thorough. There was one young lady that took the cake! Unfortunately, I did not get her name but she was the Medical Asst! She was absolutely amazing!!!!

Dr. Thompson was very good. She informed us of all the information we needed to know. The only issue I had was it appeared that we were the only ones in the clinic, however, the wait to be seen was longer than expected. We were probably in the office for two hours. They need to work on time management.

This was my first visit to this new Piedmont, urgent care, and I am definitely impressed and Pleased with the service I received this morning. I was in so much pain and the staff was so friendly and helpful and the doctor was well knowledgeable.
