Candice , the front office receptionist was so helpful! I had a question about my insurance and she was able to find the answer for me ! Josie did a wonderful job , she was so considerate and listened to my exact concerns and i was very detailed oriented. The provider Nicola did a great job explaining to me the two different routes they could take and which one made the most sense for me. it was a great experience. I always come to this urgent care for my kids and I because we are always in and out in under an hour and still get high quality care.

Everyone who I spoke with were polite, professional, and caring. The front receptionist was honest in wait times and scheduled me for an appointment so that I could come back later and wait at home. The physician Nicola was very sweet and empathetic to my medical needs and was able to help. Will definitely comeback!

Omg! First of all, the nurse named Elizabeth was the bomb.com! She was so patient and had theee sweetest bedside manner. Also, her skin care routine had her glowing! The other nurse Cindy didn’t triage me but she was also a breath of fresh air and she seemed actually happy to be at work. And the showstopper was the nurse practitioner Nicola. I could tell she genuinely cared for her patients. She explained everything thoroughly and I left feeling confident in my treatment plan. Thanks to the staff that made this place feel like home.

Ever since Josie has been at Piedmont Urgent Care, I refuse to go anywhere else. If she’s there, I know I’ll receive the absolute best customer service. She makes me feel welcomed, understood, and genuinely cared for. Her warmth and nurturing personality truly make this urgent care what it is. I honestly can’t stress enough how much of a difference she makes. I’ve recommended this location to so many people, and every single one of them comes back saying the same thing — Josie is amazing. Even when I’m sick and not feeling my best, seeing her and experiencing the care she provides instantly lifts my spirits. Very clean waiting room and offices. Check-in online was easy and quick. Everyone was attentive and I felt like I was listened to and heard by everyone I was in contact with. A lot of urgent care facilities can feel rushed and lack in the "care" part of things. This one is great. Hope to not need them for a long while, but if I do, I'm glad to know ahead of time how great the experience was.
