The male nurse was very detailed and still held empathy for my situation. For once I didn't have to educate a member of thr medical staff on MS. The Doctor was very understanding and seem to be of thr same mind set. Lived them both. Front receptionist was very easy going and wasn't afraid to speak. Very refreshing and put me at ease.

Went in to make sure I wasn’t contagious due to on going sore throat, cough and drainage. They were great check me out right away swallowed my nose to make sure I didn’t have Covid or the flu and stated it was just viral so at least I know now I won’t make anybody else sick. They did a great job and it didn’t take long for them to see me.

Walked in to this facility due to poison ivy and decided to get help to stop the itching and no sleep for three night . The staff was great and check me in right away. They did an awesome job and it didn’t take long for them to see me. Got a shot and follow up with medicine, they make sure I felt confident to be treated well. Thank you so much for you help.

Just about my favorite place I never want to be. But…if you need urgent care this operation is top shelf. The website scheduler offers a ride share link for those who need it, the registration is quick and efficient. But that’s not all. The staff is the best part. We were seen quickly and professionally by a staff that really seemed to care not just about my injury but my opinion on treatment options. Finally, they were all very kind and friendly.

Piedmont Urgent Care is a great resource for medical attention that isn't a super serious illness. This was my first visit and I am very impressed with the ease of booking and the professional and caring service. My regular doctor was booking days out, I was in this office within the hour after booking on line. My visit in total took less than a half hour! For standard medication prescribed they can even provide it on site.
