Piedmont Urgent Care

I had such a great experience at Piedmont Urgent Care in Summerhill! From the moment I walked in, everything felt smooth, professional, and welcoming. Alicia was absolutely AMAZING. She did my blood draw and made the entire process quick, gentle, and comfortable. If you’re someone who gets nervous about labs, she will definitely put you at ease. She was so patient and reassuring. My provider, Savannah Jones, was just as incredible. Dr. Jones and Alicia both cleaned my ears, and when I tell you I felt immediate relief… I mean IMMEDIATE. I walked out feeling so much better than when I came in. The service was efficient, the team was kind, and I truly felt cared for. 10/10 recommend this location!

Our experience was great. We made an appointment online and were seen very promptly. The staff were very pleasant and kind. We were here from out of state and very pleased with our first Piedmont experience.

Unfortunately, I had to go to Piedmont Urgent Care, (Hank Aaron/Summerhill) on Thursday. My Ears were clogged, not sure if it was Sinus related or what. So, I explained by the time I was called back by the Nurse, who along with checkin person were EXTREMELY professional, and treated me with the BEST CUSTOMER CARE👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. The whole staff was GREAT, even I didn't want to go, I came there barely able to hear. I left THANK GOD with my hearing back🙌🏾. This Staff and Dr. Davis the attending physician are 100% some the BEST. Blessings and Peace to you guys for a great 2026! Thank you for giving great Customer Service/Care!!!

Terrible attitude toward patients who want to check the status of their test. The result of my test has not been released for 5 days already. They do not provide any status updates, and the reception simply hangs up during the conversation. I do not know what is going on there. I do not know where these enthusiastic reviews come from, but you should choose another clinic. Update: Today is already day 7. The result has still not been released. On day 6, I decided to go to another clinic and took a new test. The result came out the very next day

The staff was personable. The service was prompt & efficient. It was obvious that there was a high level of competence at this facility, from the front desk to the back of the office. This is not my first trip to this facility, but both trips have left me very impressed Steve Johnson
