5 star experience for my first mammogram! Quick check in and Brittany was amazing. Super friendly , very reassuring and she explained everything I asked very well. I will definitely recommend this place and will be back in a year!

This day I had two appointments scheduled for two different procedures. They had the amazing customer service skill to try to change one of the times so I wouldn’t have to wait so long in between procedures! They were amazing! Very kind and professional! Thank you soooo much!

I was incredibly disappointed with my experience here last week. Due to a flood, I was asked to reschedule, which I did for a 7:15 a.m. appointment the following week. I arrived first, yet I was the fifth person to be seen and ended up waiting 50 minutes. My imaging technician, a man named Doug, was extremely rude. The patient he took ahead of me even mentioned that I should go first since I had been waiting, and Doug replied, “She can wait.” He was also directly rude to me and told me I wasn’t good at following directions. Nobody that speaks like that should be in a service job.

I came to this location for an ultrasound and was given an estimate upfront. I paid $680 on the day of the appointment, only to receive an additional $100 bill a month later. This is unacceptable. They explained that the extra charge was because a third-party doctor performed the ultrasound reading — something they never mentioned beforehand. I chose this location because it’s part of Piedmont Hospital, assuming their own staff would handle everything and that the reading was included in the original estimate. Be aware: this facility charges separately for the ultrasound interpretation and does not disclose it in advance. Had I known, I would’ve gone elsewhere.

Convenient location. Efficient process. Friendly staff. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes.
