I have never had a team of doctors that care as much as the doctors at prospect hill!! They are professional as well as caring and efficient. They are truly in my corner for me no matter what. I'm not sure if I can praise them by name on here but even when I had to see another doctor that isn't my primary they were so nice and respectful but my primary doctor is the absolute best and she is working hard every day for her patients, and my mental health counselor is one of the most amazing people I have ever met personally and professionally. The pharmacy at the location is so nice and efficient and literally every aspect of the clinic has gone above and beyond for me even when they didn't have to. I drive 30 mins from my home because I refuse to be seen by any other doctor or office...I've

Scheduled from a month and half ago to a DENTIST appointment, it happened that the receptionist scheduled me for a regular Dr visit and NOT for the DENTIST. Walk the DENTIST receptionist and sayed... Good morning, I got an appointment at 9:20...And emidiatly she was saying this no with her head move, like... asked for my name, looked in the CP, and she sed so dry... nowe don't have anything, we can schedule me from a month out... I felt that look when people think I'm crazy or confused when I have this even in my schedule since... with no sorrys at all, looking at me like🙁even I'm trying to be KIND and saying thank you for the Info. and leaving breathing deeply...😮‍💨. They didn't even try, I didn't last 2 min. In the building, even it was NOT my fault.✍️

I've been coming to this clinic since they were in the other building. It's been documented in my chart that I have migraines. I needed a letter stating to my employer that I have them. The last time that I was here was in November 2022 for the same reason, migraines. I shouldn't have to make an appointment, spend money on that appointment that I don't have at the moment so that a doctor can write a letter stating so, especially since I've had to do it before for another situation and had zero problems. This is ridiculous. And for dental. They have you seen, look at your mouth but don't clean it only to make several appointments to come back. Like I have to work too.

I’m a new patient to the clinic and find everyone from the receptionist to the medical and dental departments caring, courteous towards the patients. I was really impressed with everyone Who I had contact with. Thanks to each of you! Keep up the good job making patients feeling comfortable and well cared for. Marion

Dont go there if you are trying to get a tb test done. I wait 2 hrs for them to read it.
