I can't afford a dentist. They're cheap.Some things that do are free. You can't complain. Always be happy with you can get. They have really bad scheduling. Don't go there for emergencies. Because it's first come for a serve.

The wait time for appointments is abysmal. I wait at least an hour after my appointment time to get seen then 15 minute breaks in between nurses and doctors in the room. This place is a 3-4 hour visit for a checkup every year. I have lost my patience with this office I will not be coming back

It appears that the customer care on the dental side of the clinic has drastically changed for the worse. Myself and a few of my family members are patients on the dental side of the Moncure Health Center. Today is Thursday. Since Monday, 07/17/2023, I have been trying to set an urgent dental appt due to a toothache one of us was having. Hold times have been 10-15 minutes each time I call and then there is only a recording to leave a message with the promise of a return call. Monday, I left two detailed messages explaining the urgency. No one returned my calls. The dental clinic is closed on Fridays. After trying again today to reach the dental clinic, I tried to call the physicians' side of the clinic and stayed on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up. Next, I called a sister location to

I’m having to edit this review since quite a few things have changed. While I still will say that the dentistry is one of the best, as far as being seen by physicians/doctors, I believe they are overbooked there. The doctors ARE nice, but you will wait a very long time, then once you’re seen it’s all rushed and important details are overlooked. Referrals take anywhere up to 10 days and you have to call to remind, call for test results, etc. It’s really just too much hassle and I’ve had to find another place to go.

I was having a appointment today 3/29/19 at 9am when arrive to the clinic the lady on the front desk says oh you doctor don't coming today , I can make another appointment for other day because we full today! I'm like what ?? I driving 30 minutes to get there and she just said that, I don't said anything just thank you and walk out. If any o you reading this and you appreciate you time gas money and all other things don't go to this clinic.
