Piedmont Health Services Burlington Community Health Center

I had a wonderful experience at Piedmont health clinic in Burlington. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was friendly, patient, and professional. They answered my questions clearly, helped with the check-in process, and made everything feel welcomed and stress-free. It really made a difference to be greeted by someone kind and attentive. Overall, the front desk experience was smooth and welcoming, which set a good tone for the rest of the visit. Thank you front desk ladies!!

Dental office NEVER ANSWERS PHONE! I sit on hold over 10 minutes just for the line to say no one is available! They also were provided my correct information multiple times such as name DOB and address, and put the wrong address in my patient profile...they literally had my id and insurance card that provided the correct spelling and still messed it up. These people do not care about you.

Nice Clinic. The front desk ladies there were kind and helpful! For me to be a male I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all!

This is for dental services in the office I know i was waiting a phone call from the clinic to confirm my dental appointment but they call a wrong number now they reschedule this appointment until 2 months I am so...Mad because I been waiting for this appointment since November 2025 as a new patient.
