Pico Pharmacy

I have yet to actually go to the pharmacy but I was very displeased with their customer service. I called with a simple question about their hours of operation. When the phone was answered, the employee simply stated "Pico Pharmacy". I politely asked what the hours were, and in stead of getting a polite response, I received an abrupt and rude "Who's asking?". Never have I received such inconsiderate and unprofessional service. For one, you are working in a service job, it is part of your job to answer a customers questions to the best of your ability, ESPECIALLY if they have been nothing but polite to you. Second, a company line is not your own person line, so unless they are asking for personal information or a specific person, you have no need or right to ask, "Who's this?" before
