I have been going to Pico Urgent Care for several years now and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Jose Regellano is a very caring and trustworthy doctor. All the staff are excellent. Best doctor i have ever had.

Been here 15 plus years, this team here will brighten up your morning and have you leaving with a smile on your face. Dr. Yu is my primary doctor and you can tell he really cares and will out of his way for you. which is why i’m still here. R. Moody

Worst service ever. I had an appointment at 9:15 am, and almost 2 hours had passed and I still hadn't seen the doctor. I kept asking staff how much longer and they wouldn't give me an answer. I then asked them to refund me my co-pay and none of them said "sorry for the wait" or anything. It seems like it happens often. I am changing my doctor immediately.

I've been a patient for many year's both Dr Yu and. Dr Regullano are very professional and caring Doctors. They have an amazing staff. I recommend 100%

Cathy is the best.. Everyone is good except for Carla Dr. Yu really needs find someone new to handle the referrals because she's completely incompetent.
