Pickett Care and Rehabilitation Center

My father in law was a resident there and I have nothing but good things to say about the caring and compassionate staff and administration team. I had moved him from another facility to pickett because I wasn’t pleased with the care he was receiving and it was the best thing I could have ever done for him. I highly recommend this facility!

The nursing staff provide exceptional care—attentive, patient, and always willing to take the extra step to ensure residents feel safe, supported, and respected. They communicate well with families and treat every resident with dignity. The life enrichment team brings incredible energy to the building. Their activities are creative, meaningful, and tailored to all ability levels. Whether it’s crafts, music, social events, devotionals, or one-on-one engagement, residents always have opportunities to stay active, joyful, and connected. Awful facility. My dad was there for about 2 and a half weeks. The staff is rude and they do not care about the patients well being. There were two wonderful ladies there ans they were the only ones who i trusted my dad to be with. They mistreated my dad constantly to the point he would cry when it came time for me to go home. Multiple days he laid in his own stool for nearly 2 hours because they forgot about him. Soiled himself more than once due to their lack of care. They didn't listen to him at all and brushed off everything went said. Will be contacting coperate about their lack of care and good intentions. Disgusting establishment. If you love your family DO NOT send them here.

Everyone here is caring and truly wants the best for their residents. They do so many special activities to make their lives better. Love to see all of the smiles

This facility has been my Mother’s home for 3 years. She has been satisfied here. The staff is very friendly and caring.concerns are resolved quickly. Most all the staff seem genuinely concerned about their elders. I would recommend Pickett Care and Rehab for your loved ones.
