I do instacart. I had 3 orders today and had to go through the regular line rather than self check out. My job rates me on how fast I can get through the store and find items and check out. My order for 3 people going through Sheena’s line took me 35 minutes. I get it, I understand, but my job depends on my swift shopping and delivery. I thought like 6 times she was going to pass out!! even the bagger asked if she was ok. This is not ok, I can’t lose my job over the snail pace of Sheena. The line was back into the frozen aisle 7 people deep! Please pick n save like I said I get everyone needs a chance but man

This store needs an overhaul removal of its employees. The employees in this store completely have total and utter disrespect and disdain for customers. It seems like every time I’m in the store the Pick n Save app automatically signs me out while I’m in the middle of scanning items for their digital coupons, and then it’s always a hassle to log back in. Anyway, as I’m about to checkout, the Pick n Save app automatically signed me out, and I was struggling to sign back in, and that’s when this store’s employee started giving me attitude about “How I need to be checking out instead of playing on my phone.” I proceeded to tell the employee that their app automatically signed me out and that I was having all sorts of issues trying to sign back in, and then the employee rudely and condescendin

I had a frustrating experience checking out at aisle 3 at Pick 'n Save. When I tried to pay with a SNAP EBT food benefits card, the clerk, Shena, didn’t seem to know how to enter or process the card properly. She appeared confused about what to do, and the transaction couldn’t move forward because of it. It was uncomfortable standing there while she tried to figure it out, especially with a line forming. Thankfully, another employee came over who clearly knew exactly how to handle the EBT card. He stepped in, entered everything correctly, and got it taken care of right away. I appreciated him helping out, but the initial situation was disappointing and could’ve been handled better.

This is my go to store as having a gluten issue that is new to my life I have found what I thought was going to be a horrible and hard way to live and eat in life to become an easy way of shopping. Every item in the store on the racks has a GF sticker which makes life so much easier for me on making choices. Hands down Kroger has no idea how appreciative I am about this and how you have helped make a life change and easy way if shoping to so many choices and items I thought I could never have anymore to "yes" you carry this product. Staff and cleaness of the store is fantastic along with a great produce section. Certain gluten free cookies I can see you may have to carry a bit more on hand as I am not the only one and a great cookie for GF, but I will talk to the manager about maybe havi

I don’t know what this place is thinking but I shouldn’t need a cell phone with me and an app to shop and scan ‘digital coupons’ in the store. Talk about first world problems, you expect everyone to have a cell phone? Beyond that, I’m busy, I don’t want to go to the store and waste 10 minutes of my time logging into an app and scanning coupons for half the items I buy, this makes no sense. Just make a price and honor it, coupons aren’t needed. Worse yet, when the digital coupons don’t scan half the time and, case in point tonight, bring it up with the manager of the store at checkout and first thing she says is ‘you need to scan the coupon that’s the only way to get the price’ 🤦‍♂️ what part of it wouldn’t scan did she not understand?! Then, continues with ‘what price do you want’… like yo
