What kind of a Dental and Orthodontic office has no nitrous for anxiety and pain?!? They quoted that they have no doctors on staff certified to administer it, so they no longer offer it! If they aren’t certified to ease pain and anxiety, I don’t think many would want to sit through excruciating dental work! Imagine what else they are NOT CERTIFIED in as well! Their pathetic recommendation to my daughter: Go to your PCP and have him prescribe you (VERY DANGEROUS) anxiety medication to take before you come in! Pathetic and downright unprofessional in my opinion. Plus, my kids have NEVER seen the same doctor twice since we began using this place, but no more. Getting a new dentist.

Horrible experience. Came twice and they did nothing no matter how many times I tried to tell them what I needed done. Still tried to charge me an insane out of pocket amount for doing “exams” that were already done less than 6 months ago. Extremely unprofessional and useless. The person at the front desk, Mandy, let me know that I was “wasting her time” even though this is my second appointment (waiting about an hour and half) with them within the last 6 months in which they have done nothing but repeat exams. Not even a cleaning was done, but yes I’m the one “wasting time.”

Had a root canal and a crown done here. They sent me to a specialist to have the root canal and then had me do the crown in house. When attaching the crown the dr. kept saying the fit was bad so she would need to grind my tooth down a little to make it fit. She said if she went too far we would have to pull the tooth and do a bridge so she had to make sure and not do that. I told her, let’s just get another one made please. but she took X rays while grinding the tooth and assured me everything was fine. I later went in to have the fit checked because it looked like there was a gap between the tooth and crown to me. I was assured the fit was fine. Now, 2 years and 11 months later I had to have this tooth pulled because it rotted inside the crown. They took zero responsibility and wh

Picasso Dental & Orthodontics met my boys dental needs each time we made a visit. My first son also had his braces here and the whole process was awesome. The wait time at this facility is also minimal as the Doctors and Front desk ladies are all on top their game! My boys and I love it here.

Open until 7pm? Not this place! They seem to be able to close whenever they feel like it. I’ve been trying to get my X-rays for weeks and I can’t get anyone on the phone, via email, or EVEN VISITING THE LOCATION! Made me pay my balance of $34 before they would release my X-rays, but when they did, they were password protected. I’ve called and no one ever answers. I’ve sent texts. Emails. Now I’ve sent a HIPPA document that by law they have to send them within 14 days. I’m confident that they won’t even respond to that. So they get this review and I’ll call every day until I get them. Either send me the password to my X-rays or send them where I can access them, PLEASE!
