Physicians Urgent Care

Love this clinic and the people there. Jessica is great! I appreciate the convenience of the online scheduling. It's very clean and efficient. The staff listens when we discuss treatment plans and patient with individual care requests.

I am a repeat customer for physicians urgent care. I scheduled an appointment this morning for 845. I showed up at 8:30 to complete my paperwork. There was a gentleman named John at the front desk. After three or four minutes of looking in the computer, he informed me that he could see that I had registered and received their confirmation text, but there was no appointment that was made by their system and so they couldn’t honor my 845 appointment time and I’d have to come back later in the day. I have to go to work so I’ll just find another place and not come back to physician urgent care because their systems don’t work.

This place is called an urgent care, but if you need to be seen urgently this name may be VERY misleading! I tried to go in for a simple visit. There were 2 other people in the waiting room. I was told that there was basically no availability and that I could make an appointment to be seen. The quickest appointment was over 3 hours out. No problem, I can go look around to see if anywhere else was able to see me any sooner as that was a long time to wait. I was then told that "Nowhere else will be any quicker" and that I was wasting my time to try. I get it, this is busy season and there may be a wait. I have just never been turned away from an urgent care because they were too busy for you to wait to be seen. I was also never rude in my responses so I am unsure why I got the reply that

Had an amazing experience here with Jessica!! She was so sweet her and the nurse! She took time to explain everything and even calmed my pregnant mama nerves while being sick and got to listen to my baby’s heartbeat. She took her time with me and made me feel special! I cannot recommend this place more and especially, Jessica!!

Jessica Shirley has been our PA now for two years. It all started when my son got a piece of glass in his foot and we couldn’t seem to find it or get it out. She was so good with my son (age 2 at the time) and with me. She put my mind at ease immediately. Flash forward to today, she saw my 7 year old for strep and was so quick to get her the meds she needed via pharmacy. She is hilarious and i barely felt like i was even at an urgent care! She has actually seen every single person in my family and we all know we’re going to be well taken care of if she’s on shift. I myself am also a clinician so when i take the time to write these reviews, it means the care was exceptional and deserved noting. Thanks Jessica! You’re the best!
