Physicians Urgent Care

We had an excellent experience at The Physicians Urgent Care with Dr. Konow. He was professional, attentive, and great with my 12-year-old. The service was efficient and significantly faster than an ER visit. I truly appreciate the quality care and would highly recommend this urgent care.

I booked an appointment same day within 30 minutes. Wait time was not long at all and Dr Caitlin was absolutely amazing! I trusted her completely and we were definitely on the same page. I would love to go back and see her even for non-emergencies. Very educated!

It was a 2 hour wait so I ended up making an appointment for later in the afternoon and arrived 30 minutes before the appointment. They took me roughly 15 minutes after the appointment time and did a very good job! The registration desk provided snacks and waters and were lovely with how friendly they were. Takeyah Rosenthall was a delightful doctor and listened to me and my concerns very thoroughly. The experience was really awesome, considering I was also from out of town. I went here again after getting treated the first time since I ended up having Covid really bad. I was treated not the best. When I went to ask a question, the woman at the desk made sure everybody knew my business. She would speak loudly of personal information and everybody in the clinic could hear. I felt so embarr

Every urgent care in the area had a two plus hour wait, but Alyssa & Carl at this location (Physicians Urgent Care on Coliseum) made sure we got in & out relatively fast with such quality care & kindness. Alyssa especially went out of her way to make sure our registration process was swift & she made us all feel so much more at ease. Would recommend their care at this location to anyone in need!

Hello this is Junius Demby. My experience with ms.Christine the receptionist in the front was amazing. She’s very nice extremely professional and just an all around wonderful lady. I’d recommend everyone to visit urgent care just to experience the pleasure of meeting and enjoying Ms. Christine’s company. An amazing woman. Thank you ms.
