Physicians Immediate Care

It was Saturday evening near closing time. The automatic answering system was actually quite direct and helpful. My appointment was direct and I was seen promptly. Your receptionist was friendly and quick. I was taken to an examination room and my vitals were taken by an understanding technician. After a short wait, NP Kate examined me and treated my eye. All went well the care was excellent and I was out in less then an hour. I would recommend Physicians Immediate Care.

Although my wait time was longer than usual, the service and compassion I received during this visit were truly stellar. The staff was attentive, professional, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout the entire experience. The personal follow-up call from the doctor to check on me was truly above and beyond. I sincerely appreciate the kindness and support I was shown.

I took my 8 yr old son here as a Walk-In. Everyone was kind and helpful. We were registered and seen right away, no wait. The facility was clean and bright. Jenny, Luce, and Christine took wonderful care of my son making sure he was comfortable. He left with a smile even though he also left with a Strep diagnosis. I will definitely be coming back here again.

The wait time was a little long. But the staff made up for it! Every single one of those ladies in there was amazing and kind and wanted to help me. I didn’t feel like I was a bother or not wanted there, sometimes I feel like that in urgent cares. I feel like they are trying to just get meeting with me over with. But everyone here asked questions and talked to me like a human being instead of just another patient coming through the doors. Thank you very much ladies! You were absolutely wonderful! 😁

I had my first appointment at this clinic and everything was excellent. The reception team was very friendly and made me feel welcome right away. Dr. Cristine Dellas was amazing—she took her time, listened carefully, and made the whole experience very positive. Highly recommend. Thank you so much
