Physicians Immediate Care

I made an appointment at 9:00a.m online for 3:40p.m same day.I was sent 3different texts messages to confirm appointment.I get there and they tell me to finish checking in online, I did.several people came after me and I heard the receptionist say oh the provider is on break and will be back in 1.5 hours .I then ask when will I go back for my appointment?Where they processed to tell me the provider is on break and will be back in 1.5hours. 1.why wouldn’t you block out appointments during break hours so people do make appointments 2.I left work early to make the appointment 3.When asked about this I was informed your company is aware of this . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Also let’s save the I am going to “look into this “ It’s not about having to wait.Its about poor business practices.You don’t

I've been here twice for various illness. Each time I made an appointment online (highly recommend) and sat in the waiting room for a short time before they called me back. My visit recently was great. I heard they were short staffed and the walk in wait time was about 2hrs, so highly recommend making an appointment! The person that checked me into the room and got my vitals was very friendly and showed care. Shauna was the nurse practitioner that came in a little while later and she was so pleasant and had such a positive attitude, was very reassuring. She listened to my symptoms, did a quick checkup and got me out of there within a short amount of time. Overall, I was in and out in just over an hour.

There was a short wait time—the physician was attentive, kind, and helpful. He helped me with my presenting symptoms and I am on the mend. The office was immaculately clean and welcoming. The nurse that helped me was professional and effective as well. I would absolutely recommend this team. I would use this service again should I have a need. Also, as a basis for comparison, this office was more professional and much cleaner than any office I have seen at university of Chicago medicine. Seriously.

You have all day and time in the world? Make your way to this clinic! Wait times to see you is about 2 hrs AFTER when you booked an appointment. I don't even think they will acknowledge you if you didn't have one. I usually don't leave bad reviews but people that work inside seem not to care and are RUDE. If you don't like your job go somewhere else.

In and out. Shorter wait if you make an appointment online same day. Staff was friendly. NP checked our little guy thoroughly and had lovely bedside manners. So glad we came! Caught a bad ear infection from turning worst.
