Physicians Immediate Care

I walked into a very friendly receptionist who was very accommodating and had me in an examination room within 10 minutes. The PA, Lynn, was as comforting and knowledgeable as any doctor and diagnosed my issue after only ten minutes. Their care was considerate and friendly, and it made my visit easy!

The Nurse practitioner was amazing. She was very understanding and remembered me from the last time I was there. Which I thought was super cool considering all the people she sees and I've only been there one other time. I highly recommend this as a wellness visit if needed.

Every experience I had going to the society has been wonderful. The wait time was not long. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The nurses and the staff in the back were very attentive. I recall briefly bringing up how my daughter was suffering from a dance injury and then I went two weeks later and the young lady that took my vitals asked about my daughter and I was initially confused why she was asking lol. Overall, great experience amazing quality of care

I had a very good experience at Physicians Immediate Care in Libertyville. The team is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable. I had made an online appt ahead of time and they got me in at that scheduled appt time. The environment is very sanitary and the team follows appropriate protocols. I would highly recommend this urgent care facility.

For an urgent care service the staff was very attentive and knowledgeable on what the emergency was and explain the next steps. Was very please with how they handled my case and the care they took to take care of their patient.
