Was researching doctors accepting new patients so I booked an appt through their site for a doctor they advertised was accepting new patients and 2 weeks later we got a letter IN THE MAIL saying the appointment had been cancelled since that doctor in fact was not accepting new patients. What a mess seems like we dodged a bullet

I visited Eric DeWarren with my father and DeWarrens behavior was entirely unprofessional and unacceptable. I have a deep admiration for healthcare professionals but this practice should be considered anything but. This was the most rude and unprofessional experience I have ever had among ANY profession, let alone someone who’s there to help. This guy definitely is on a power trip because he’s a doctor. I would and will furthermore stay as far away from ANY Physicians Health Alliance business because of how awful this entire practice is. I wouldn’t even recommend to my worst enemy.

Very disorganized, wait forever to get in . Receptionist is clueless to what's going on.
