They are very attentive to their patients. The customer service is absolutely marvelous. They don’t leave you in a room long time before they come and see about you and the physicians there are phenomenal. I would recommend my entire family and friends and church family.

My husband and I went to PE Urgent care yesterday and had a great experience. This was my 2nd time coming and both times have been great experiences. They can get very backed up with patients. Thankfully, my experiences have been when they weren't busy. Would highly recommend them. I had the same Doc both times. Can't remember his name, only the 1st letter of his last Dr Z, hope I get him everything! Great doctor. Very caring and wants to make sure he's addressing all your concerns

Everyone in here was genuinely so kind and nice to me. I had a drill bit almost go through both sides of my hand and they got me in quick and took good care of me. I will definitely come back if something happens to me again.

Visiting Physicians East Urgent care was one of the best medical visit experiences I have had. Dr. Colin Smith and the rest of the team were attentative and spent the time needed to address my medical challenges. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them!

The staff was very nice and took care of me while waiting for my MRI. From the front desk to the waiting area to the tech that did my test. I met a retired HIghway Patrol officer that was talking to all of the waiting room patients l felt so warmed by his kindness while we shared our stories. Later he walked us outside to our car because it was 8:30 p.m. only to learn his name was Doug!! My boyfriend of 17 years was killed in a single car accident in 2021 and l was told by my daughter Doug was this kind man name. My boyfriends name was also named Doug!! I felt his presence was with me as Doug was always with me at all my Dr appts!! Doug was there in this kind man for a special moment that made me smile and hug him.
