Physicians East, PA - Dermatology

If you get assigned Christina Morgan God help you. I had an appointment August 4th where she prescribed cosyntx. She couldn't be bothered to send the script in until August 15. When I kept calling asking why was it taking so long nurse kiki ( not her real name according to the patient advocate) got nasty and told me they were asking too many questions. Then they dropped me as a patient. The meds were sent in wrong on August 15th, September 12 and September 20th. Not to mention back in January of 2025 the insurance needed a prior authorization Nurse practitioner Morgan couldn't be bothered to do. So now it's October 13 and I have no meds still plus I'm just getting worse. Seriously if I found a dog with mange and Christina Morgan was the only one that could treat it I'd have the dog put out

I went to my dermatology appointment today and saw Hannah Yllanes, PA for my annual visit. Hannah is very knowledgeable and has a wonderful demeanor. My wait time was short and my examination was thorough. I highly recommend Physicians East Dermatology.
