Physicians Care Walk-in Clinic - Dalton

I really like the staff working there. Starting using them in 2024. Lost that chance in 2025 because they stopped accepting my insurance but 2026 their back. Typically use them because I don’t have a primary doctor, but I considering them mine. Easy convenient from where I live, easy to set up a “ Hold my spot “, and never have to wait more than 2-3 mins. Great chose for my family.

I have never left a poor review until now. I typically just move along and never visit a place again but I felt compelled to share my experience because doctor's are a profession that should have a genuine care for the well being of a patient. That care was not shown to me today. I have an under active thyroid and have been taking the same medicine and same dosage since I was 7 years old. I'm now an adult. I'm in between primary care providers because I recently moved. I ran out of my prescription and needed a refill. I noticed on the website that this facility offers Telehealth appointments which is amazing because I have a very busy schedule. Upon making the Telehealth appointment and completing the paperwork, an administrator contacted me and shared that the doctor wanted to see

I had a great experience at this clinic. I didn’t have to wait long at all and was seen within minutes. The staff was attentive and professional, and the care I received was prompt and reassuring. I truly appreciated how quickly they took care of me. I would definitely recommend this Physician’s Care Walk-in Clinic to anyone needing efficient and compassionate care.

Stopped in to PCWC for a quick procedure that my doctor couldn’t get too right away. The staff was awesome: friendly, attentive and thorough. Highly recommended. The location is convenient, clean and the digital check-in and paperwork is a nice bonus. I hope I won’t be back… but if I have to, I know it will be a great experience.

The few visits were simple typical needs (cold, soar throat). But simply put I have full confidence in practitioner Zach; very knowledgeable,& reciprocal affectionate. Comfortable and confident in personal care easy to talk to without feelings of intimidation or authoritative vibes. Genuine, and caring provider.
