30 mins waiting 6 mins doc face time Pls stop double booking and be respectful of others time. We all understand doc time is expensive but pls understand you are treating elders, moms who struggle with work, dads juggling in a tough economy. And their time is no less valuable than yours

Update: I just spoke with the nicest team member, Aly, who answered the phone and took a message from me for Dr. Medhane. It’s the same professional, gracious practice that I have experienced over the last 15 years. I am so sad to read these negative reviews. Although I have moved, I still stay in touch as a patient with Dr. Medhane, who is the most amazing physician I have ever known. I want to hug her every time I see her. Thank you, Dr. Medhane. This is the worse Doctor office there in Rockville.Their answearing service is not train to help the patient with ? over the phone.a Spanish lady in the front desk.She thinks patient go there for free to get medical attention.Doctor Le his great.He should not be with that practice. You pay your copay an your next visit they want you to pay again.for a telehealth that lasted 3 minutes.They want it to charge copay.and telehealth have to be 15 minutes to be considerate telehealth.No wonder why ins company prices are going up to the Roof.

I've been coming to Physician Associates for over 15 years; I've never had a problem getting an appointment or a billing issue. I see 3 doctors on a regular basis at this office since my regular doctor retired in 2008 and I've got to say they are all professional, well educated and polite. They also have an in house lab plus there is an MRI and XRAY imaging facility on the same floor as Physician Associates which is really convenient. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a primary care doctor or an orthopedic doctor.

I have had the absolutely best primary care physician for over 20 years with Dr.Lee than I’ve had in my over 60 years. He is the most thorough, listens, remembers my few issues each annual visit even without looking at my file, is excellent at diagnosis and has a great bedside manner. I have several chronic conditions so I’m not an easy body to maintain and thrive. I’ve never had any billing or front office issues, and in fact quite the opposite as they have consistently been helpful, personable and they’ve always gotten me in when needed. No problems ever with prescriptions and I can get records when needed. Oh, and also Dr. Lee is the fastest at calling you with lab results! I love this practice and recommend it to anyone who wants a comprehensive practice and especially a great Dr
