Physical Therapy-Sports Rehab

I was sent to physical therapy unrelated to sports. I walked in and was greeted by a warm receptionist behind the desk with prescription in hand. I had never been to physical therapy before so didn't know what to expect, was given paperwork to fill out and a time slot in the same week. I felt at ease and reassured especially on discovering they accept my insurance. The day of my appointment I was warmly greeted by a woman who introduced herself, Inna, stating she would be my physical therapist. At the time I had not had any x rays or imaging done pertaining to the issue I was there for but she worked with me always with kindness, warmth, respect and patience.
