I’m am so grateful to the Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine location in Mountain Green. The staff is amazing and I am blessed to have them so close to home. It definitely made therapy so much easier. It’s nice to finally graduate after 13 weeks, but I will truly miss the staff. Alan and Alex are amazing and thoughtful therapists and I really appreciate their knowledge and ideas for healing. I’m grateful that they are able to do the dry needle therapy at this location, I do feel that it has been beneficial in my healing process. I also adore all of the PT Staff including Holli at the front desk (who once got me set up for the tens unit and heat because they were busy and she didn’t want me waiting), also Kinley and Kendel and the new addition Eli. Love, love, love this place: Physical Therapy is never fun, but this team is a joy. They are always positive and encouraging, they keep you motivated to push harder. I've used this practice after multiple surgeries. I love the therapists, Alan and Alex (Mountain Green Clinic) Highly recommend them for any age and any physical therapy needs. Well, I am back in therapy with new issues. The aids, Kendel and Kinley are the BEST! They keep you going and monitor technique for best outcome. I love these girls! They run their butts off to make sure every patient is progressing through designed exercise plan from the therapist. The environment is outstanding with these ladies, always a smile and encouragement! Thank you, Alan and your team, for exceptional care!

I had rotator cuff surgery in March and the team at physical therapy & sports medicine had my range of motion back very quickly. Strength only comes with time but they have all the knowledge and tools to get you as close to 100% as possible. If you need physical therapy for anything at all go see them. They are fantastic.

I am 8weeks from my knee replacement surgery. The therapy I received restored my knee mobility quickly and I am now walking and riding my bike as often as I want. I also travel a lot for work and the exercises they gave me are easy to replicate when I am on the road. I rate these guys 10 out of 10!

I’ve been doing physical therapy at Mountain Green Clinic for my ACL recovery, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received! The therapists are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. They push me at the right pace while ensuring I don’t overdo it. I’ve seen real progress in my strength, mobility, and confidence in my knee. The clinic itself has a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff truly cares about their patients’ success. If you’re recovering from an injury, especially something as tough as an ACL tear, I highly recommend Mountain Green Clinic!
