Physical Therapy-Sayville

Jeff and his entire staff deserve five stars plus. My entire experience there was fantastic. Everyone there worked so well together, no wasted time and the care was genuine. I couldn't have picked a better place, now I know why it was recommended to me.

Jeff and his staff are top notch! From my initial call to make the appointment to the care received is nothing short of amazing! There are very few PT offices around that the therapist is hands on for the entire appointment. The entire staff is caring and knowledgeable. We highly recommend!

As a fellow healthcare provider who provides in home therapy services I rely on top notch office like this one with Jeff and his Team to help patients who need in office therapy. We will always refer to them and as a PT with injuries, I’ve had treatment there myself!

I would give 0. The worst customer service. Transfered over seas, over and over. Can not get my records for isub insurance. If I have a need with medical records and that medical facility sends calls over seas why would I deal with that company. And yes, I called Sayville and went to over seas. Disgraceful! Last call the man from over seas got an American woman that works in America, she can't help either. I will literally have to go to main office on Monday. This is outrageous! Bring Cust service back to America. I will go to Orlon & Cohen for PT where I always get an American employee to help with my needs!
