I've had physical therapy 4 times in my life, & no one compares to Abigail at this location! I'm 98% better because of her direction!!
AWESOME I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It`s clean & well organized plus the staff are awesome !!!! You can tell that they love there profession.
They canceled 8 appointments without reason or notifying me. The office blamed me and played stupid. So much for a back injury getting fixed. Its pulling teeth with this place. Your calls are re-routed to fitchburg and can never get ahold of anyone. No front desk staff and when you do finally get ahold of someone they're argumentative and usless. I was screamed at for 10 mins telling me it was my fault. Go ANYWHERE else for care. This place is a joke.
