I really don’t like feeling line I need to write this but I feel like I need to. I had a really bad experience at this place. It felt like my PT was trying to catch me out during my eval? She gave off the impression she didn’t believe what I was saying or that I was in pain. She also directly contradicted a doctor’s diagnosis to me which is wildly inappropriate to begin with, even more so because she was wrong and the imaging I got along with a second doctor’s diagnosis confirmed this. It was odd that they were acting like I was either faking or drug-seeking? It left a bad impression but I was hoping I was wrong. Very Disappointed in this place. Employees are very rude and unprofessional. First time my mom went alone, she signed in and waited to be called. She had several people arrive after her and they were taken care of quickly. After 30 mins she asked how much longer she should wait and was told “maybe if you sign in we would call you”. She showed them where she signed in and then they told her they will get to her when they can. I wish I could write more than one review since it’s been bad each time she goes. Second time I went with her and they were rude again. They told her she needs to learn how to an appointment correctly because they didn’t have her scheduled for that day. Did not address my pain. All the movements were not what causes the pain Neither were the exercises for the pain. How is building muscle gonna help when it's the bundle of nerves that hurt idk.

Ive gone to Phys Med PT multiple times for my various musculoskeletal issues from scoliosis, arthritis, tendonopathy, and hypermobility due to my hEDS. The staff are lovely and helpful and the environment is always fun, calm, and enjoyable.
