Being a trained bodyworker myself, I'm highly particular about who works with me and my body. Once I discovered Jeremy at Phoenix Rising, there was noone else! He has been so attuned to my needs with precision and deep listening to me and my body. I walk in a crunchy mess and walk out feeling taller, looser and able to move with ease. From acute issues to chronic issues, Jeremy has always taken exquisite care and brings the knowledge and experience to hit the nail on the head and unwind exactly the right things every time. There's nowhere else better!

The reviews do not lie, Jeremy is the best massage therapist I have ever had. He looked at my posture, the stance of my feet, documented misaslignments he noticed and my pain. Instead of making you pay extra for different tools, Jeremy seems to just focus are doing what he believes will improve you pain. He felt so comfortable and could tell he was passionate about what he does, I just wish I found him sooner. Only downside is he def just took the job of my old MT causes I can't go to anyone else now. I book my next one the same day. He also doesnt do tips(he will accept cash if you really want to) but primary he just does a flat rate. Which while not good for his hands made it more affordable and what encouraged me to just make a new appointment. IDK how he could ever have a empty slot

Chuck does an excellent job of evaluating the issue at hand and addressing it holistically. I have seen him with many injuries before and he has the ability to enhance the healing process at an elite level. Further, they are all great people to work with!

Liz is the best! She took time to ask me questions and listen to what is going on with my body and my preferences. Totally relaxing experience, and my back felt so much better after!

Liz was very calming and incredible!! I mentioned to her any spots that were really bugging me and she did a great job and making sure all the pain was worked out!! She has so many wonderful techniques and was so professional and relaxing!! I really recommend getting a message from her!!!
