I first came in to see Danielle after sustaining a lower back injury at the gym that suddenly got worse. Phoenix offers plenty of availability, and they were able to get me in within just a few days, unlike most other physical therapy offices in the area. She understood my goal of getting back to full function at the gym as quickly and safely as possible while protecting myself against future injury, and within a few weeks, I noticed a significant difference in my day-to-day activities as well as my ability to do the movements in the weight room that I had been unable to do. Danielle also made sure to bring me along for the ride and explain the rationale behind everything we did so that I would be able to maintain and build upon my progress after my last session. I have been to Phoenix for three different issues in the past two years. Three different therapists—all of them excellent. It is a clean and welcoming environment and the clinicians are professional, compassionate, skillful. There are a lot of things broken in US healthcare right now. This place is a shining light.
I had a great experience at Phoenix Physical Therapy, working with Danielle. She was kind, encouraging, and extremely helpful at finding new exercises to help with my ongoing back pain. I enjoyed working with her and will recommend Phoenix Physical Therapy to others in the future.
I worked with Dr. Maddie Lami, my physical therapist for several months attempting to relieve pain and gain strength in my right thumb, right elbow and right shoulder. Maddie listened to me and made adjustments based on my feedback. She was patient yet demanding. In my observations of the entire staff, whom I saw serving other patients twice a week for nearly six months, is that they all care about their patients and work tirelessly to help them improve. In my case Maddie Liam improved my quality of living and the end result is that i am mostly pain free, gained strength and mobility. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is recuperating from injury or surgery. They do outstanding work.
Appreciate all the guidance and therapy given by Omar at phoenix physiotherapy, Tenley Town. Due to my intense sessions, I have complete movement of my arms and shoulder. Despite a big rotator cuff tear. Thanks Omar.
