Phoenix Physical Therapy & Sports Performance- Lake Norman

Trying to charge me 50$ for a no show during the week of snow and ice. Not to mention the the fact i was also in the hospital. Do not recommend this place. This is a small town you don't treat customers like this.

Phoenix PT was exactly what I needed. Kelly (my PT) was extremely knowlagable about the rehab on my shoulder. She was very attentive and very professional and explained exercises to me that I could understand and most importantly she didn't let me slack or do the exercise wrong. She's a total asset to Phoenix! Bailey at the front desk was always friendly and on top scheduling my appointments and even called to see how I was when I was late for an appointment. If you are serious about your rehab and want to truly improve by putting in effort on your part, this is the place to come. Kelly, Sarah and Bailey are very knowledgeable & friendly and will guide you through recovery. Without a doubt I will/would return, or feel comfortable referring family or friends here.

I don’t know if there are any words to explain how grateful I am for Kelly and the team. For someone who went from squatting 180lbs + to relearning how to squat their own weight, I had to rehab more than just my hip. Kelly often jokes “We aim to please!” but that’s exactly what they do and more. Could not love them more!

I have had left lower leg issues for years. It was left shin pain, but I didn’t have shin splints. Over the last few years, it had kept me from sleeping and walking for exercise. I have been to numerous chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists, acupuncturist and to 5 different doctors, both in Raleigh and the Lake Norman area. Some modalities helped for a short while, but just didn’t last. Kelly and Phoenix Physical Therapy is literally 1 1/2 miles from my house, although I wasn’t sure I wanted to try another physical therapist. I’m sure glad I did! She has been the only one to diagnose that the pain is radiating from my lower back instead of my leg. I cannot tell u what a relief it was to get relief!
